PRECINCT INFORMATION

Each precinct has a number of Precinct Committeemen or Precinct Committeewomen who represent the voters in that area. There is always at least 1 Committeeman and 1 Committeewoman to a precinct; however, the actual number is based on population.

Each person who has this position becomes a member of the Osceola County Republican Executive Committee, or OCREC. There are specific duties expected of each Precinct person, which are found in the Playbook.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BECOMING A PRECINCT COMMITTEE PERSON, COME TO AN OCREC MEETING TO FIND OUT WHETHER THERE IS AN OPENING WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED, AND TO LEARN THE PROCESS.
